• Purpose of Processing: Your data is solely used to prepare, calculate, and coordinate commercial cleaning quotes and site walkthroughs.
• Third-Party Secure Routing: Form submissions are routed securely via automated webhook pipelines directly into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system powered by GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Primary Fulfillment Partner: Cleaning quote requests are shared with and fulfilled by our primary service partner, RBA Commercial Services, to perform walkthroughs, finalize agreements, and conduct all cleaning operations.

3. Data Consent & Communication

By submitting your quote request, you provide explicit consent to receive follow-up emails, phone calls, or text messages from GetCleaningQuote.ca or RBA Commercial Services regarding your estimate. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying "STOP" or unsubscribing from email communications.

4. Data Access, Rectification, and Deletion
