1. Quoting & Estimation Services

GetCleaningQuote.ca provides an interactive quoting network to estimate commercial cleaning costs for offices, clinics, retail storefronts, and industrial locations.

Any pricing generated by the online calculator represents a preliminary ballpark estimate. Final binding quotes require a physical site walkthrough of your facility to confirm layout complexity, material supplies, security protocols, and exact staffing specifications.

2. Service Fulfillment

You acknowledge and agree that GetCleaningQuote.ca operates as an independent commercial cleaning agency and lead generation platform. All cleaning quote requests, walkthrough assessments, and subsequent janitorial contract services are fulfilled by our local commercial cleaning partner, RBA Commercial Services.

3. Walkthrough Coordination

By submitting a quote request, you authorize our team to contact you to schedule a brief on-site walkthrough. Walkthroughs are conducted during business hours at a mutually convenient time. There is no obligation or fee associated with requesting an estimate or site visit.

4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the district of Montreal, Quebec.
